This document was presented to the Great Lakes states and provinces to advance interjurisdictional consistency for the prevention and control of nonindigenous aquatic nuisance species (ANS). Although prepared specifically for the Great Lakes states and provinces, the model guidance also has applications for other jurisdictions in the region and beyond.
