Recommendation from the Great Lakes Panel on Aquatic Nuisance Species to the Aquatic Nuisance Species Task Force and its member agency representatives to take immediate action to assist and advise on legislation and rulemaking changes necessary in the establishment of a more effective, proactive approach for screening and listing of plant and animal species in trade.
