This document is designed as an information resource in the development of regional policy on the prevention and control of Great Lakes nonindigenous invasive species (NIS). It was initially prepared for stakeholders participating in the regional workshop Great Lakes Nonindigenous Invasive Species, hosted by the U.S. EPA and the Great Lakes Commission in October 1999.
